Every product we sell is a research reagent whose chain of custody ends the moment it leaves our cold storage. Once a vial or bottle has left our hands we can no longer certify what is inside, so we cannot take it back, restock it or resell it — opened or unopened. All sales are therefore final. Please check the compound, size and quantity in your bag before you check out; the product pages and the lab reports are there to help you decide first.
Arrived cracked, short an item, or with the wrong compound? Email pepprzz1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We ship the correction at our cost or refund the affected items in full — your choice. There is no need to send anything back unless we ask.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or marks a package delivered that never reached you, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking event. We open a trace with the carrier and, if the package cannot be recovered, reship or refund in full. The shipping policy has the detail on carriers and timings.
Orders are packed quickly. If you need to change an item, a quantity or a shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will fix it before dispatch. Once a tracking number has been issued the order is on its way and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Where a refund is due under this policy it goes to the original payment method. We process it within 2 business days of approving the claim; your bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within 5–10 business days after that. If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us and we will chase it with the processor. Promotional codes used on a refunded order are single-use and are not reissued.
