Shipping policy.

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day from inside the US. Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 — and free 2-day shipping on every order of $250 or more.

01 — Processing

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, leave the same business day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking the moment your label is created.

02 — Rates

  • Standard shipping — $9.95 flat, typically 2–4 business days in transit.
  • Free 2-day shipping — automatic on every order where the merchandise you pay for comes to $250 or more (after buy-one-get-one savings, before any promo code).
03 — Packaging

How it ships

Everything ships lyophilized — freeze-dried to a stable powder — which is far more robust in transit than material in solution, with no cold chain required for normal shipping durations. Vials are cushioned and packed in plain outer packaging with no product visible from the outside.

04 — Coverage

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If your institution needs delivery elsewhere, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it properly.

05 — Address

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it prints exactly as entered. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. Packages returned to us because of an address error can be reshipped; the second shipping cost is on the buyer.

06 — Problems

Lost, delayed or damaged

If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, or a package arrives damaged, email pepprzz1@gmail.com within 7 days of the last tracking event with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We will trace, replace or refund — see the refund policy for the details.
